The Brief

SureCare were poised to re-launch their care franchise business as a result of a recent takeover. Their brand identity needed an overhaul to help them strengthen their position within the marketplace and as a result all brand communication pieces needed a rethink too.

The Results

A smooth and appropriate customer journey for both audiences. The development of a dedicated franchise brand has helped to propel the business forward; whilst the communications to customers have underpinned what the SureCare brand is all about – treating everyone as if they are part of the family.
