The Brief

As part of a wider ongoing acquisition strategy, our team were tasked with developing a new traditional direct mail pack to encourage new Bupa memberships. The pack was due to go out to an audience who had enquired about Bupa membership in the past so the data was rich for each prospect.

The Results

The three packs performance was significantly higher than the more generic pieces that had been used in the past. Although more expensive to produce, the return on investment was greater than the more blanket approach and as a result the campaign approach became a regular part of the acquisition marketing mix.
